Alan praises the NPP's One District, One Factory (1D1F) initiative as a crucial component for Ghana's industrialization.

Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, the founder and leader of the Movement for Change, has urged Ghanaians to prioritize vision and integrity over party affiliation when choosing leaders. He believes that Ghana requires a transformational leader rather than a new political party, and his Movement for Change aims to mobilize the over 6 million floating voters who resonate with his vision for Ghana's transformation. He encourages Ghanaians to embrace his Great Transformational Plan (GTP) as the driving force behind the nation's progress.

The core objective of the Movement for Change, according to Kyerematen, is to establish a unified government that engages stakeholders from all sectors to bring about transformative change for the benefit of Ghana's youth. He envisions a balanced gender representation and a considerable number of young ministers in his administration. Kyerematen emphasizes that Ghana is currently undergoing a period of transformation and suggests that the country is on the brink of its next major change since gaining political independence in 1957.

Kyerematen's proposed Great Transformational Plan encompasses 15 thematic areas, including a stable economy, industrialization, agriculture, energy, health, and education. He highlights industrialization as a pivotal aspect of his plan and asserts that job creation can thrive by emulating advanced countries such as the United States, China, Japan, Germany, France, South Korea, and India, which grew their economies through industrialization. He recognizes the need for a robust economy to support industrialization and agriculture and stresses the importance of adequate funding to promote industrial growth.

The founder of the Movement for Change specifically acknowledges the "One District, One Factory" (1D1F) policy as a significant achievement with the potential to propel Ghana forward. He cites the Ashanti region as a prime example, where 55 projects have been initiated under the 1D1F program, with 26 currently operational and 13 under construction. Kyerematen expresses the promise to transform the Ashanti region—already Ghana's commercial hub—into the manufacturing hub of Africa, thus contributing to the overall growth of the nation's economy.

In summary, Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen envisions a Ghana led by transformational leaders chosen based on their vision and integrity rather than party lines. His Movement for Change aims to mobilize floating voters who share his vision for national transformation. Kyerematen's Great Transformational Plan emphasizes industrialization as a means to generate jobs and economic growth, and he promotes the importance of the 1D1F policy in guiding Ghana towards progress. Through these efforts, Kyerematen aims to position Ghana as a beacon of transformation and prosperity on both a national and continental scale.
