Missing Bolt Driver Found Dead Near Ponposu River

The lifeless body of 36-year-old Bolt driver, Thomas Kwame Henodzi, has been discovered near the Ponposu river in Nsawam, Eastern region. Henodzi had been reported missing since July 12, 2023. Prior to his disappearance, he had informed a friend about his offline trip to Nsawam. The deceased, a resident of Libya Quarters in Madina, Accra, failed to return home after leaving for work on the aforementioned date.

According to the online software records, Henodzi's last trip ended at Ridge, near the National Trust Holding Company (NTHC). In a video posted by Angel FM and seen by GhanaWeb Business, the suspects involved in the crime have been apprehended and presented before a court of law. The alleged criminals confessed to the murder and admitted to stealing the deceased's vehicle. It was disclosed that their criminal operation involves requesting offline trips, during which they strangle the driver and flee with the stolen vehicle.

The details surrounding this tragic incident are indeed distressing. The swift response by law enforcement to apprehend the culprits is commendable.
