Renowned Nigerian actor Yul Edochie has disclosed his intention to launch his own ministry, responding to what he believes is a divine call to serve God. Edochie took to his social media platforms on Tuesday to introduce the True Salvation Ministry, sharing that the church will hold a one-hour service every Sunday.

Expressing his conviction that the time has come for him to fully embrace God's work, Edochie stated, "It’s time to answer the call of God Almighty. It’s time to do His work fully. To spread the true message of God. Tune in, and be transformed." This announcement follows Edochie's previous hints about a spiritual calling dating back to November 2022.
In a video shared on social media, Edochie opened up about feeling the calling to preach the word of God for quite some time but had been waiting for the right moment. He emphasized that now he strongly feels that the time has come for him to take this significant step.
Acknowledging his successful acting career and widespread influence, Edochie expressed his belief that he can utilize his celebrity status and global reach to share the message of God.
