Andre Ayew To Return To The Black Stars Squad For Upcoming World Cup Qualifiers

According to 3Sports, Skipper Andre Ayew is expected to make his comeback to the Ghana national football team, also known as the Black Stars, after being absent in the previous international window. Ghana will be facing Madagascar and Comoros in the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

Ayew, who has been a free agent since July 1, 2023, after his departure from Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, missed out on being part of Ghana's squad for the last two friendly matches against Mexico and USA, where unfortunate defeats were faced by the team.
