After fully recovering from injury, Mohammed Salisu has been named in AS Monaco's squad for their upcoming Ligue 1 game against Paris St. Germain.

The 24-year-old, who joined the club from Southampton in the summer, is poised to make his first competitive appearance for Monaco.

Despite Monaco paying around 15 million euros ($16.53 million) for Salisu, injuries have prevented him from playing since his arrival. Currently, Monaco sits in 3rd place in Ligue 1, just 3 points behind leaders PSG.

Salisu made his debut for Ghana in September 2022 and was also called up for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, where he started all three group games and scored in Ghana's victory over South Korea.
