I kept Collapsing At Kuami Eugene's House Because I Wasn't Eating Well - House Help

Mary, a former house help of highlife musician Kuami Eugene, has continued to share more details about her experiences while working for him.

In a recent interview with Der Madking TV, she revealed that she had collapsed multiple times due to improper diet and other undisclosed reasons while staying in Eugene's house. She claimed that despite informing Eugene of her condition, he only sent money for drugs and did not prioritize seeking proper medical care for her.

Mary explained that there were instances when there was food in the house, but it would run out, leaving her with nothing to eat. She also mentioned that when she asked Eugene for money to buy food, he would promise to return soon but often did not come back early.

She recounted one specific incident where she collapsed and informed Eugene, who was out of the country at the time. Instead of encouraging her to seek medical attention, he sent money for her to buy drugs. Despite purchasing blood tonic and vitamin C as instructed, her condition worsened, leading her to seek help from a neighbor and eventually be rushed to the hospital.

In response to the criticism she has received for speaking out, Mary maintained that she was telling the truth and that "God is watching us." Meanwhile, Kuami Eugene has not yet publicly addressed Mary's claims. After her initial rants, he posted an indirect response on Twitter, using the Akan phrase 'Nipa bi y3 cobra', which translates to 'Some humans are snakes.'
